It's so easy to have a one to one health, fitness and well being coaching session. They are always tailored around what you want to achieve, whether you are new to exercise and apprehensive, have a re-occurring injury which is preventing you from getting fit or need more understanding of just what to do - I can help. Session are usually 121 but can also be with a friend online or face to face.​

Pilates is the perfect aid to assist with: Arthritis, Back Pain, Core Strengthening, Joint Replacement Rehab, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Sport Injury and Stroke Rehab.
A home exercise program will also be given and weekly motivational hints and tips.
