The online studio membership is £14 every 2 weeks payable by reoccurring Paypal transaction that can be cancelled at any time.

 

Membership includes weekly live classes, which will be uploaded so you have access to a back catalogue of workouts at your convenience to use.  Please do not share these workouts outside the group.

 

The membership is not transferrable to any one else.

 

The PAR Q Health & Fitness Questionnaire must be completed online before membership is activated.
